US/Canada/ROW fulfillment has begun!
Well, it looks like we should have waited a few hours before posting our update yesterday.
Quartermaster was able to get us into the queue earlier than expected and has begun fulfilling US/Canada/ROW orders. In fact, they've reported that the vast majority of orders (95%+) have already shipped!
Most U.S. customers should receive their pledges this weekend or on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you haven't received an email with a tracking # yet, you should soon. Please give it until the middle of next week.
The warehouse will be on break through the Labor Day weekend, so don't be surprised if you don't get an email until next Tuesday or later if you're one of the final orders. They're processing over 1,000 packages on our Kickstarter (in addition to their day to day operations) and, as efficient and awesome as they are, getting all those packages out the door takes time.
As always, we end with some AI generated nightmare fuel.

Fulfillment Update #5

EU orders
EU/UK orders finally cleared customs and arrived at the warehouse in France on Monday.
EU backers will receive an email in the next week or two from our fulfillment partner to confirm their addresses. Once addresses have been confirmed, our fulfillment partner will start mailing packages to EU backers. That should happen in September around the same time Quartermaster Logistics starts mailing orders to US backers.
We'll post an update as soon as EU orders start shipping out.
UK orders
UK orders will be shipped in bulk to Spiral Galaxy soon. Once Spiral Galaxy receives them, it will start shipping orders to UK backers.
This means that, unfortunately, UK backers will probably be some of the last ones to receive their pledges. We'd anticipate UK fulfillment to start sometime in late September / early October.
We'll also post an update once UK orders start shipping out.
Sorry, UK backers. Blame Brexit. It just didn't make any financial sense for us to send a separate container just to the UK or to pass on the much higher cost of shipping from the EU rather than within the UK.
US/Canada/ROW orders
Some of you may have already received notifications that tracking numbers have been created for your packages. That doesn't mean that shipping is imminent. Tracking label generation happens before packing and shipment.
All we can tell you is that we're in the queue for fulfillment and it will start in September, probably sooner rather than later.
Again--did you guess it?--we'll post an update once these orders start shipping out too.

Fulfillment Update #4

Let's get right to it.
US/Canada/ROW Fulfillment
All the sets have arrived at QML's warehouse in Florida and have been inventoried.
QML will send all US/Canada/ROW backers an email in the next week or two to confirm shipping addresses. Once all address verifications are out, QML will put us in their queue for fulfillment.
Assuming no delays, we anticipate that orders will start shipping out in early to mid September.
Once fulfillment starts, we'll post another update.
EU/UK Fulfillment
Unfortunately, our EU/UK orders are still in customs clearance in Europe. We blame the Olympics and it being August in France.
Once we have word that we've cleared customs, we'll post another update.

Daaaaang, y'all. Chillax with the update requests. We're waiting just like y'all are.
Anyway, restless backers, here's a fulfillment update.
USA/Canada/ROW
The container ship transporting the USA/Canada/ROW orders arrived about two weeks ago in Miami. We are waiting for the products to clear customs and be trucked to QML's warehouse in Orlando.
EU/UK
The container ship transporting the EU/UK orders arrived in port last week. We are waiting for the products to clear customs and be trucked to our fulfillment warehouse in France.
Issues with orders?

We're working through a backlog of emails, so if you have emailed us recently (especially about address changes) and haven't heard back, we're getting to it--promise!
The Unlucky Asian 9
We were informed that due to inventory that was damaged in shipment to VFI (our Asia fulfillment partner), our overage inventory was not enough to cover all of the inventory damaged in shipment. (We went with a different China shipping company than last time, which was obviously a mistake.)
Long story short, we had to select 9 orders from Chinese and Japanese backers to fulfill from our USA/Canada/ROW stock, as these countries are cheapest countries to ship to from the USA.
If you are one of these unlucky 9 Asian backers, we will be emailing you soon.
We're sorry for the delay, but your orders will be shipped out along with the rest of the USA/Canada/ROW orders once they arrive at QML's warehouse.

Asia
VFI started fulfilling orders on June 20th. If you have not already received your rewards, you should soon. If there are any issues with your order, please email [email protected].
Australia / New Zealand
Aetherworks will begin shipping out orders this week.
EU / UK
EU/UK orders had to be put on another container ship, the Al Dhail. It is currently off the coast of Namibia. (Thanks Houthi rebels!) It's scheduled to arrive in France on July 19th.
USA / ROW
The Maersk Tanjong is in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. It is still scheduled to arrive in Miami, Florida around July 12th.
That's it. We'll send out another update once the remaining stock has arrived at the warehouses and is ready to be shipped out.
